We handle everything from marketing, tenant/guest communication, and bookings, to cleaning, maintenance, and financial reporting — so you can enjoy passive income without stress.


What kind of properties do you manage?

We manage condos, apartments, and houses that meet our quality and location standards.

Our focus is on modern, well-maintained properties in Burnaby and Vancouver that allow short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).


Do you manage properties outside Burnaby or Vancouver?

Typically, no.

We focus our operations in Vancouver and Burnaby to ensure quality control and quick response times.

Exceptions may apply for VIP clients or unique properties — feel free to submit your details through our New Owner Form and we’ll review it individually.


Are there any additional or hidden fees?

Transparency is a core value at ANANA.

There are no hidden fees.

You’ll receive a full report each month detailing income, expenses, and payouts.

Owners also receive approval requests for any expenses over $100 (unless previously authorized).


Do you handle setup and furnishing?

Yes!

Our in-house design and logistics team sets up your property for maximum appeal and performance.

We manage furnishing, styling, décor, photography, and listing creation — everything your property needs to stand out.

Can I rent only part of my house?

Yes — as long as it meets quality standards.

We accept main floors or basements only if they’re modern, private, and visually appealing.

We do not manage “old” or poorly maintained units.

How soon can my property go live?

It depends on our current setup schedule and your property’s readiness.

If your unit is fully furnished and ready to go, we can often list it within 7–10 days.

However, if setup or renovations are required — or if our team is currently handling multiple setups — the timeline may vary.

Do you have your own cleaning team?

Yes — we have a dedicated professional cleaning team trained to meet Airbnb and hospitality standards.

We also provide maintenance and inspection support to ensure your property stays in top condition.
